Foundation waterproofing & drainage

Interior patches treat the symptom. We dig to the footing, repair cracks, membrane the wall, install drain board, and re-route water around the foundation — the right way to stop a wet basement.

What we do differently

Built to last, not to ship.

The cheap version of this work isn't really cheap — it's deferred. Here's what we don't cut.

  • 01

    Excavate to footing depth

  • 02

    Hydraulic crack repair + parging

  • 03

    Self-adhesive rubberized membrane

  • 04

    Dimple board / drain board

  • 05

New weeping tile to sump or daylight

  • 06

    Window-well drainage tied in

How a job runs

From first call to clean exit.

Every project follows the same arc. The detail changes, the discipline doesn't.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

Camera scope the existing weeping tile, find the entry points.

  2. 02

    Excavate

Down to the footing, one wall at a time.

  3. 03

    Repair

    Cracks injected, parging where needed.

  4. 04

    Membrane

    Liquid-applied + dimple board.

  5. 05

    Drainage

New tile, clear stone, filter fabric.

  6. 06

    Backfill

Granular up, native soil capped, graded away.

FAQ

Common questions

  • Exterior is the only one that stops water from reaching the wall. Interior systems (interior weeping tile, sump pumps) manage water once it's already inside. If you can dig, dig.

  • One wall is typically 2–3 days. Full perimeter is 5–8 days depending on access and depth.
