Patios & slabs in Cayuga.

Cayuga is close to the Hagersville base. Send the project address to confirm current availability for patios & slabs. A patio is where your summer happens. We grade it so puddles don't form, pour it thick enough to handle a hot tub, and finish it so it doesn't look like a sidewalk.

FAQ

Patios & slabs in Cayuga — common questions

  • Yes. Most of Cayuga sits on heavier clay near the Grand. Drainage is half the job — we grade and weep-tile before we worry about the pretty stuff. Backyard patios, hot-tub pads, shed slabs. Stamped or broom-finished.

  • Patios & slabs jobs start at $11/sq ft. Bigger jobs come down per unit and smaller ones sit higher, since getting the crew and machine on site costs about the same either way. Access, prep, and finish move it too. We quote a fixed price after seeing the site — no hourly creep.

  • About 15 min (14 km). It's a normal part of our week.

  • Six inches of compacted granular A, six inches of 32 MPa concrete with rebar on chairs. We grade it slightly oversized so the tub sits flush with the patio.

  • Both can last 25+ years installed properly. Stamped is a single slab (no weed seams) but cracks show. Interlock flexes with the ground and lets you replace one stone if something stains.

  • Concrete: no, unless a joint opens up. Interlock: only if poly sand isn't maintained. We seal both at install.
