Both can last 25+ years installed properly. Stamped is a single slab (no weed seams) but cracks show. Interlock flexes with the ground and lets you replace one stone if something stains.
Concrete: no, unless a joint opens up. Interlock: only if poly sand isn't maintained. We seal both at install.
